AFFILIATE PROGRAM LINKS MANAGEMENT SPREADSHEET
The main aim of this spreadsheet is to help you easily type and list all your
CLICK BANK
AFFILIATE LINKS. You can also
insert a new sheet and list your
NON-CLICKBANK affiliate programs links if you
want.
You just have to type the
Product Name and
Vendor Code (product nickname) and your
two ClickBank affiliate link formats
(URLS) are automatically generated in two columns with your
ClickBank Nickname embedded in the links. There is another
column called
"NOTES" in which you can write a
brief note regarding that product or
rename the column and use
it (
for example) to list your
Cloaked affiliate links.
It now becomes
very easy to
copy and paste your affiliate links to a
text editor,
html editor,
e-mails,
autoresponder emails,
ebooks etc.

AUTORESPONDER MANAGEMENT SPREADSHEET
This spreadsheet helps you
organize your
regular autoresponder messages - write a
brief description of the
subject of the e-mail, set up the
interval between e-mails, know what
affiliate product/s was sent (plus
other info e.g.
graphic inserted) and other
additional relevant notes.
If you use this spreadsheet properly, then years down the line
you will know exactly what e-mails are there in your
autoresponder
sequence. You will then be able to know
which e-mails need to be updated. This is important - your subscribers
will receive
relevant and up to date information.
Sending
outdated e-mails to your subscribers is a sure way to
lose credibility in the eyes of subscribers. It
can also lead to a large number of
unsubscribes.
The idea is that you will use this spreadsheet to organize your autoresponder messages
before you even start writing
your autoresponder messages on your
Autoresponder Service Account.

AUTORESPONDER BROADCASTS MANAGEMENT SPREADSHEET
This spreadsheet is
very similar to the above
Autoresponder Management Spreadsheet.
The
difference between
this spreadsheet and the
previous one is that this one helps you
organize
your autoresponder
BROADCASTS (the
previous one is for your
REGULAR
autoresponder series emails).
Broadcasts are those e-mails that you send out ONCE in a while, not
necessarily repeating them.
With this spreadsheet you can choose
TWO dates of the month when you want to send out broadcasts. You
ALSO
choose the
DAY of the week
nearest to each of the two dates when you want to send out the broadcasts. You may
choose,
for example, to send out your broadcasts on
15th and
30th of each month, sending each email on
a
Friday nearest to the 15th and 30th (this spreadsheet takes care of months ending on the
28th, 29th, 30th and
31st).
This spreadsheet
HIGHLIGHTS all the relevant dates for a period of
TEN YEARS!
It helps you
each month quickly see which dates are
appropriate to send broadcasts to your mailing list.
If you send out broadcasts on a
weekly basis, this spreadsheet can also
highlight the relevant days
each
week for a period of
ten years.
